Sar Pass Trek

Sar Pass is the snow trek of the Parvati valley. From Kasol it climbs through the village of Grahan and forest camps to Min Thach and Nagaru, then crosses the pass on snow. The descent starts with a long natural slide, then meadows to Biskeri Thach and down to Barshaini. Early in the season expect snow most of the way above the treeline.

Questions

Do I need experience?

Not for the easy and moderate treks — a reasonable fitness level is enough. We tell you honestly if a trek is not right for you yet.

Can you run it for our group only?

Yes — every trek can be a private departure for a family, friends, a school or a company.

What does it cost?

It depends on the group size, dates and transport. Send an enquiry and we come back with a plan and a price.
